שיושב ללמוד, או אפילו כשמדבר דברי חולין, יחשוב באיזה ענין הוא מדבר, אם באהבה או ביראה או דחמנות או בניצוח או בהודיה או בהתקשרות או באיזה ממשלה, ויתקשר את עצמו במדה ההוא:
When you begin to study, or simply discuss day to day matters, pay attention to what you are saying, whether it is on the topic love, fear, compassion, competitiveness, praise, relationships or some from of control.1Based upon the seven Sefiros from Chesed to Malchus.
