1(קח) פַּעַם אַחַת דִּבֵּר מֵעִנְיַן תְּפִלַּת הַצַּדִּיקִים הָאֲמִתִּיִּים שֶׁלִּפְעָמִים אֵין פּוֹעֲלִים בִּתְפִלָּתָם, כִּי זִמְנִין דְּשָׁמַע וְזִמְנִין דְּלָא שְׁמַע כַּמְבֹאָר בַּזֹּהַר הַקָּדוֹשׁ (בְּרֵאשִׁית קה:):Once he spoke about why at times the true tzaddikim are unable to accomplish what they want with their prayers, for, “There are times when He listens and times when He does not listen” (Zohar II, 105b).
