1א. כָּל דַּיָּן שֶׁדָּן אֱמֶת – דִּינָיו אֵינָם בְּטֵלִים וְנִתְקַיֵּם אֲפִלּוּ שֶׁלּא בִּרְצוֹן בַּעֲלֵי הַדִּינִים.The decision of a truthful judge is never annulled. His verdict is carried out, even against the will of the litigants.
