1א. מִי שֶׁעוֹסֵק לְהַמְתִּיק דִּינִים, עַל־יְדֵי זֶה בְּנָקֵל לוֹ לְקַדֵּשׁ הַשֵּׁם בְּלִי מוֹנֵעַ גַּם עֵינָיו אֵינָם כֵּהוֹת.A person who works to mitigate harsh judgments can easily and without hindrance sanctify the Name of God. His eyes do not grow faint.
