1וְאָמַר: עוֹד יִהְיֶה זְמַן שֶׁמִּי שֶׁיִּהְיֶה אִישׁ כָּשֵׁר פָּשׁוּט, יִהְיֶה חִדּוּשׁ גָּדוֹל כְּמוֹ הַבַּעַל־שֵׁם־טוֹב ז"ל.The Rebbe also said, “There will come a time when a simple, religious person will be as rare and unique as the Baal Shem Tov.”48Cf. Tzaddik #454. This refers to one who even washes his hands before a meal (Sichot VeSipurim, p. 76, #6).
