וְזֶהוּ: "מַנְצַפַּ"ךְ צוֹפִים אֲמָרוּם".
The Talmud states, “MNTzPKh was stated by the seers” (Megilah 3a; Shabbat 104a).106The simple meaning is that the rule that these letters change shape was stated by the later prophets.
