Whatever you experience, remember the Holy One, blessed is He. If you experience love, recall the love of HaShem, if you experience fear, recall the fear of HaShem, as known from many sources. Even before going to the restroom, think to yourself, “Am I not separating bad from good and retaining the good for the service of HaShem, blessed is He?” This is the matter of unifying everything to HaShem (Yichudim).
