If a person sees that his own service of HaShem is greater than others, he should not be arrogant, God forbid. This is as stated in Otiyot d’Rabbi Akiva,83Otiyot d’Rabbi Akiva, Letter Dalet (pg. 20) “One should not say in his heart, I am greater than my fellow.”
