How does a person merit adhesion (Dveikut) to HaShem, blessed is He? By secluding (Hitbodedut) yourself from others, by writing the secrets of the Torah, and through unifications (Yichudim) to HaShem, as known from the teachings of the Godly Rabbi Yitzchak Luria (the Arizal), of blessed memory.
