And if he knows that the father-in-law's house is a house of pritzuth, he must reveal it. (And if he knows that there is apikorsuth in the groom, it is certainly a mitzvah to reveal it) and none of the aforementioned conditions need be satisfied. And even if he does not know this by himself, but heard it from others, he must still reveal it. But he must take care not to reveal it in such a way that gives the impression that he knows the thing by himself, but he must state plainly: "I have heard this and this." Even though this is not to be believed implicitly as yet, it should be suspected and investigated.
