To not save the seducer: That the seduced is prevented from saving the seducer when he sees him in danger of death and perdition. And about this is it stated (Deuteronomy 13:9), “and your eye shall not be concerned for him.” And so did they, may their memory be blessed, say (Sifrei Devarim 89:3), “Since it is stated (Leviticus 19:16), ‘and you shall not stand over the blood of your neighbor,’ it is possible that you do not stand over [the] blood of this one [too]; [hence] we learn to say, ‘and your eye shall not be concerned for him.’”
שֶׁלֹּא לְהַצִּיל הַמֵּסִית – שֶׁנִּמְנַע הַמּוּסָת שֶׁלֹּא לְהַצִּיל הַמֵּסִית כְּשֶׁיִּרְאֵהוּ בְּסַכָּנַת מָוֶת וְאִבּוּד, וְעַל זֶה נֶאֱמַר (דברים יג ט) וְלֹא תָחוֹס עֵינְךָ עָלָיו. וְכֵן אָמְרוּ זִכְרוֹנָם לִבְרָכָה (ספרי) מִכְּלָל שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר לֹא תַעֲמֹד עַל דַּם רֵעֶךָ, יָכוֹל אִי אַתָּה עוֹמֵד עַל דָּמוֹ שֶׁל זֶה? תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר וְלֹא תָחוֹס עֵינְךָ עָלָיו.

שֹׁרֶשׁ הַמִּצְוָה כָּתוּב בַּקּוֹדְמוֹת הַבָּאוֹת עַל מֵסִית, וְכָל עִנְיָנָהּ כְּמוֹתָן.
The root of this commandment is written in the previous [commandments] that come about the seducer. And all of its content is like them.
