משכחת לה בשנה מעוברת שהקדישה אחר חג המצות וכאשר הגיע סוף אדר ב' נעשה שנה שיש כאן י"ב חודש ויש שס"ה יום כמנין ימות החמה ועדיין לא יש שלש רגלים:
It is found in an intercalated year, when one dedicated [an animal] after the Festival of Matzot [Passover]. So when it reaches the end of Adar Bet, it becomes a year, since there are 12 months and 365 days [that have elapsed], like the days of the sun [solar orbit], and three have not yet been three Festivals
