Simeon here introduced the subject of transmigration of souls, saying: ‘Onkelos translates the above words as follows: “These are the judgements which thou shalt order before them”. In other words, “These are the orders of the metempsychosis; the judgements of the souls, by which each of them receives its appropriate punishment.” Associates, the time is now arrived to reveal diverse hidden and secret mysteries in regard to the transmigration of souls.
