A Supplicatory Prayer for Immersion on Shavuot Night

יזדרז האדם מאד בטבילה של ליל חג שבועות באשמורת הבוקר מעט קודם עלות השחר שיטבול במקוה או בבאר מים חיים אם יש לו. לקבל תוספת קדושה מן כתר עליון הנמשך בלילה הזה ע״י הלימוד והוא הנקרא שער החמשים ועליו נאמר וזרקתי עליכם מים טהורים וכו׳ וכמ״ש רבינו האר״י זלה״ה בשער הכונות סוד הדבר הזה בהרחבה יותר ע״ש וקודם הטבילה יאמר בקשה זו:
A person should be very alacritous, about the immersion of Shavout night in the early morning a little before the dawn, to immerse in a mikveh or a spring of flowing water if he has one. This is to receive the addition of holiness from the supernal Crown that is drawn on this night through [Torah] study; and that is called the fiftieth gate. And it is stated about it (Ezekiel 36:25), "And I have sprinkled pure water upon you, etc." And it is like the Ari, may his memory be for life in the world to come, said in the Shaar HaKavannot [regarding] the secret of this thing at greater length, see there. But before the immersion, he should say this supplicatory prayer:

לְשֵׁם יִחוּד קֻדְשָׁא בְּרִיךְ הוּא וּשְׁכִינְתֵּיהּ, בִּדְחִֽילוּ וּרְחִֽימוּ, וּרְחִֽימוּ וּדְחִֽילוּ, לְיַחֲדָא אוֹתִיּוֹת יוֹ״ד וְהֵ״א בְּאוֹתִיּוֹת וָא״ו וְהֵ״א בְּיִחוּדָא שְׁלִים (יהוה), בְּשֵׁם כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵל. הִנֵּה אָנֹכִי מכין עצמי להיות מן השושבינים דמטרוניתא מלכתא קדישא רחל עקרת הבית. והנני בא עתה באשמורת הבוקר של יום חג השבועות בעת הנקרא אילת השחר לטבול במקוה (בבאר מים חיים) לְתַקֵּן שׁוֹרֶשׁ טבילה זו בְּמָקוֹם עֶלְיוֹן להמשיך טהרה וטבילה מן כתר עליון הנמשך בלילה הזאת והוא הנקרא שער החמשים וְכַכָּתוּב וְזָרַקְתִּ֧י עֲלֵיכֶ֛ם מַ֥יִם טְהוֹרִ֖ים וּטְהַרְתֶּ֑ם. וַהֲרֵֽינִי מוכן לטבול ארבע טבילות כנגד ארבע אותיות השם ברוך הוא בנקוד קמץ (יכוין יָהָוָהָ) ועוד הֲרֵֽינִי מוכן לטבול טבילה חמישית כנגד אור החסד העליון שהוא הרצון העליון המתגלה במזל השמיני הנקרא נוצר חסד. וִיהִ֤י ׀ נֹ֤עַם אֲדֹנָ֥י אֱלֹהֵ֗ינוּ עָ֫לֵ֥ינוּ וּמַעֲשֵׂ֣ה יָ֭דֵינוּ כּוֹנְנָ֥ה עָלֵ֑ינוּ וּֽמַעֲשֵׂ֥ה יָ֝דֵ֗ינוּ כּוֹנְנֵֽהוּ׃

'May the favor of the Lord, our God, be upon us; let the work of our hands prosper, prosper the work of our hands!'

רבון עלמא גלי קודמך דעבדינן פקודא דילך דפקדת לן באורייתא לממני שבעה שבועין בגין למזכי לאתדכאה במיין דההוא נהר דנגיד ונפיק דאקרי מיים חיים. והא מטא עידנא לאתדכאה בדכיו עלאה. יהא רעוא קמך דיתמשך לן דכיו עלאה ממבועא דנחלא עמיקא, וְיִתְקַיֵּם בָּֽנוּ מִקְרָא שֶׁכָּתוּב עַל־יַד יְחֶזְקֵאל נְבִיאֶךָ: וְזָרַקְתִּ֧י עֲלֵיכֶ֛ם מַ֥יִם טְהוֹרִ֖ים וּטְהַרְתֶּ֑ם מִכֹּ֧ל טֻמְאוֹתֵיכֶ֛ם וּמִכׇּל־גִּלּ֥וּלֵיכֶ֖ם אֲטַהֵ֥ר אֶתְכֶֽם׃ יִ֥הְיֽוּ לְרָצ֨וֹן ׀ אִמְרֵי־פִ֡י וְהֶגְי֣וֹן לִבִּ֣י לְפָנֶ֑יךָ יְ֝הֹוָ֗ה צוּרִ֥י וְגֹאֲלִֽי׃
מִי־אֵ֣ל כָּמ֗וֹךָ נֹשֵׂ֤א עָוֺן֙ וְעֹבֵ֣ר עַל־פֶּ֔שַׁע לִשְׁאֵרִ֖ית נַחֲלָת֑וֹ לֹֽא־הֶחֱזִ֤יק לָעַד֙ אַפּ֔וֹ כִּֽי־חָפֵ֥ץ חֶ֖סֶד הֽוּא: יָשׁ֣וּב יְרַחֲמֵ֔נוּ יִכְבֹּ֖שׁ עֲוֺנֹתֵ֑ינוּ וְתַשְׁלִ֛יךְ בִּמְצֻל֥וֹת יָ֖ם כׇּל־חַטֹּאותָֽם: תִּתֵּ֤ן אֱמֶת֙ לְיַֽעֲקֹ֔ב חֶ֖סֶד לְאַבְרָהָ֑ם אֲשֶׁר־נִשְׁבַּ֥עְתָּ לַאֲבֹתֵ֖ינוּ מִ֥ימֵי קֶֽדֶם:
ויטבול חמש טבילות על פי הכונות הנז׳.
