Another interpretation (of Is. 41:4): WHO HAS WROUGHT AND PRODUCED. The Holy One also told Rebekah what he was going to do, as stated (in Gen. 25:22f.): SO SHE WENT TO INQUIRE OF THE LORD; AND THE LORD SAID TO HER: TWO NATIONS ARE IN YOUR WOMB.
