[א] "בכל השרץ הַשֹּׁרֵץ על הארץ" – להוציא את היתושין שבכליסין ואת הזיזים שבעדשים ואת התולעים שבתמרים ושבגרוגרות. "לא יֵאָכֵל" – לחייב את המאכילן כאוכל. או "לא יאכל" לאסר בהנאה? תלמוד לומר "לא תאכלום". הא כיצד? באכילה הם אסורים, בהנאה הם מותרים. הא מה אני מקיים "לא יֵאָכֵל? לחייב את המאכיל כאוכל.
