ראובן טוען על המלמד לא למדת בני כדין ובטלת כך וכך שבועות נ"ל אחרי שראובן מוחזק בשכירות ישבע שכדבריו הן הוא ויפטור או יהפוך השבועה על המלמד אם ירצה.
Q. A claims that a tutor did not teach his son properly, having wasted a number of weeks. A. Since A is in possession of the money, he may take an oath as to the truth of his claim and be free from obligation; or, should he so desire, he may impose the oath on the tutor. SOURCES: B. p. 276, no. 55.
