I also asked [in my dream] regarding the blessing that begins Asher yatzar ('who created'). Does one recite it every time one relieves oneself in the lavatory, or is the morning recitation sufficient?1See footnoted sources in siman 33 above, as well as Tur Orach Chaim 7, which also discuss whether Asher Yatzar is always recited after the toilet, or only in the morning, and whether there is a distinction between what activity was done and the blessing afterwards.

והשיבו בשאלה ראשונה שאו ידיכם קודש כלו' רחצו ידיכם כשתרצו לדבר דברי קודש או ת"ת או תפלה וברכו את ה' ברכה המתוקנת על רחיצת ידיכם. ובשאלה הב' השיבו הלא ידעת ד' צריכין להודות וחולה אחד מהן ואין לך חולה גדול מזה כמש"כ מהר צועה להפתח:
They responded to the first question: "Lift your hands to the sacred!" (Psalms 134:2) Namely, wash your hands whenever you want to speak sacred words or study Torah. "And bless God!" (ibid.) - with the blessing instituted for washing hands. As for the second question, they responded: Do you not know that four need to give thanks (Berachot 54b:12), and this includes one who was sick. And none are more sick than such a person [who relieves themself], as it says (Isaiah 51:14): "Quickly the crouching one is freed."2cf. Rashi on Isaiah 51:14
