1דַּע וְהַאֲמֵן, כִּי הַשַּׁבָּתִים שֶׁשּׁוֹבְתִים אֵצֶל הַתַּלְמִיד־חָכָם הָאֱמֶת, הֵם כְּמוֹ תַּעֲנִית: Know and believe! the Shabbats spent in the presence of the true Torah scholar are like fasts.
