[א] "כי עבדי הם"- שטרי [קדם] עליהם ראשון. "אשר הוצאתי אותם מארץ מצרים" – על תנאי ש"לא ימכרו ממכרת עבד". דבר אחר: "לא ימכרו ממכרת עבד" – שלא יעמידנו בסימטא ויעמדינו על אבן המקח.
